  Securely pack your items in the original BioTech shipping box and attach the prepaid digital return label provided via email.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
